Executive Assistant to CEO
Austin

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO reports directly to the CEO and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The EA will work one on one with the CEO and leverage their intimate understanding of the CEO’s priorities in order to achieve short-term and long-term goals. In addition, the EA will leverage their keen understanding of the organization dynamics and structure in order to optimally manage the CEO’s engagement internally and externally.

Development Director

The Development Director oversees and leads the strategic and tactical activities of fundraising for DivInc Austin. This role will be a key part of the DivInc Austin team with the primary responsibility of securing the revenues to support DivInc Austin programs/operations, while also contributing to DivInc’s overall financial goals.

Managing Director
Austin

The Austin Managing Director (MD) serves as the executive leader of the team for overall day to day business execution at DivInc’s Austin location. As the Austin MD, your essential role is to ensure DivInc founder programs are executed according to the organization's strategic plans and that they achieve/exceed target outcomes for the programs.

Vice President Of Development
Austin

The VP, Development will have primary responsibility for establishing and implementing the infrastructure and processes needed to grow a $3M budget upwards, through the solicitation of major gifts, government grants, individual, corporate, family office and foundation support. The VP of Development will also collaborate closely with the Board and other departments to help establish earned income revenue streams related to for-profit investing in our ecosystem companies and grant making to the same.

Vice President Of Programming
Austin

The Vice President of Programming of this organization is the leader for all DivInc founder focused programs, which includes its Accelerator and Portfolio programs. The VP of Programs will have a strong understanding of technology, startups, incubators and accelerators, entrepreneurship, and venture capital. This role provides a holistic strategy for DivInc requiring tight alignment with our Development and Marketing teams as we build out the capabilities to support the development of early stage startup companies founded by underrepresented entrepreneurs.
